About Us
We are a family-owned and operated small business based in Northern California, with the goal of providing quality rentals at affordable prices. Together with my family, we have worked hard to do just that.
My family and I truly love what we do, and we hope that shows through our work! Over the years, I've had the amazing opportunity to work with so many wonderful people and local businesses in our community. I'm especially proud to call Sonoma County, the place where I grew up, home to our small business.
Since 2021, we have received so much love and support, and we couldn't be more thankful. We look forward to continuing to grow, meeting new people, and providing the best service we can for many more years to come.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during our busy seasons. All rentals are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee items without a confirmed reservation.
Do you offer delivery and pickup?
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on location, order size, and accessibility.
Do you offer setup and breakdown?
Tent rentals include professional setup and breakdown. Tables and chairs are delivered and unloaded at an accessible location. Additional setup and breakdown services may be available for an extra fee.
How long does it take to receive a response?
We do our best to respond to inquiries within 24–48 hours. Requests submitted on Saturday or Sunday may receive a response by Tuesday or Wednesday, as weekends are our busiest days.
Can I pick up my rental items?
At this time, we do not offer customer pickup. All rentals are delivered and picked up by our team. We hope to offer this option in the future!

Please note that our response times may be longer than usual during weekends as we are busy fulfilling scheduled rentals.
Weekend Inquiries: If you submit a rental request, quote inquiry, or message on Saturday or Sunday, please allow until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week for a response.
Planning Ahead: We encourage customers to contact us in advance for rental inquiries, quotes, and reservations to avoid potential delays.
Last-Minute Requests: For urgent weekend inquiries, please text us with your rental items, event date, and delivery ZIP code so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
